E17 Double room wanted for cheerful tidy person!

Hi, I'm looking for a double room in a flat or houseshare in E17 (Walthamstow) with hopefully enough shared space indoors or outdoors to park a bike. I work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week so will be WFH a maximum of 2 days a week, although in practice I'm in the office more than that. I'm not a party person but I have a busy life in London and am out a lot, though it would be lovely to be in a share where we go for the odd drink or film night together. I don't smoke, I'm vegetarian but not fussy about other people eating meat, and I'm tidy, considerate and friendly as a housemate.
