Sailor looking for room

I'm a professional sailor looking for a room in the Solent area that I can call home whenever I am not travelling or working. On average this is about one week per month.

I'm an easygoing friendly guy, tidy, and have very few personal items, the most important issue being parking space for my car.

I won't be around very much, so if you are looking for some rental income while keeping your place mostly to yourself this would be a perfect situation.
