Friendly couple needing short term accommodation

My fiance and I are currently studying at All Nations Christian College near Stanstead Abbotts, and are looking for somewhere to rent (a spare room/small flat.. anything really would do!). We are struggling to find anywhere, as we only need somewhere for 3 months (from April 15th), while we finish our diploma - and most places are not willing to rent out somewhere for such a short time.
