Cheerful Foody and Seeking a New Home!

Hi my name is Yvette just turned 37 years young haha and have lived in london for nearly 20 years and i am currently looking for a new house share or 1 bed flat/house! I can move anytime with a months notice. Im just looking for a good fit with the right place either on my own or with one other person i feel i can make a home with:) I am open to any of the locations i have listed as i work mobile in many locations.

Im a creative I work as a event manager on charity fundraiser galas and run my own face and body painting business . Before that I used to act and work with a barista coffee machine brand. My current housemates are sad to loose their personal barista haha. I am very lucky in that most of my past flatmates have become my best friends still to this day and id like to carry on the trend.

Ideally id like a 1 bed but if sharing...
Im a relaxed person to live with and keep all communal areas Tidy and clean but by no means a neat freak, most of all I'm looking for a home with someone I can call a friend not just a lodger with people u never see and lock themselves in a room all day (thats not to say that I dont have my down times too). I have my own life too which can get quite busy but never too busy for the occasional tea and biscuits ( preferably hobnobs haha!). I'm not much of a drinker these days but will for special occasions. Im a keen cook when the mood takes me and happy to cook for others too when our schedules are in sync :D !

I like to go out for dinner or have the odd friend over for a chilled catch up and dinner. Just as happy to curl up and watch a good film or the latest Netflix tv sensation!

I have a Vespa which I use to get me around town so somewhere to park that to one side would be preferable but not a deal breaker.
An altogether fabulous housemate to share with! wow that's me selling myself in the non perverse way! haha.

My top budget of £900 ideally including bills one beds under £1000 very welcomed. Please don't contact me if your place is way more than this as ill just have to declin very sadly😥
Having a living room is a necessity for me if sharing also along with a decent shower AND Bath! :)

I do have access to my own furniture so would be happy with unfurnished otherwise it will go in storage.
