Professional female (+dog) seeks house share + WFH

Hi,

I am a professional female, mid 40's, looking for a double room in a shared house or flat for myself (and a wee doggie) somewhere in North West London. Budget in the around £1100-1300 a month including bills but that's negotiable depending on the property etc - I'm happy to pay more for something really nice, spacious, and in a good location.

I do work remotely 2-3 days per week but I always work in the bedroom and would not take up communal living space but the house needs to be dog friendly. My fur baby is a 5-year old female collie who is super sweet, fully vaccinated, toilet trained and doesn't bark or chew furniture etc. She gets on well with other dogs, cats, and pets as well as humans (she loves cuddles and belly rubs).

I am a clean and tidy person who respects other people's space and privacy but also quite friendly and like to hang out at the evenings or weekends. I don't not smoke and would prefer a house that is smoke free. I like to do a bit of yoga, go for a swim, and get outdoors at the weekends. I'm also a bit of a foodie so love to cook and bake when I have time. Netflix binges with wine/gin and chocolate are also welcome! Not really a party person so looking for a nice chilled place to call home.

My homes in Liverpool and Essex are both rented so I'm a reliable person who pays the bills and doesn't cause any hassle. I'm looking to buy in London in the next 12 months so I'm looking for a 6-month let to try out living in the city. I've got a wee car but can get a permit and park on the street no problem.
