Room needed within commutable distance to Earith

Hi there! I am a working professional looking for a short-term let for exactly two months (September 5th to November 5th) due to a work placement/project in Earith.

I am ideally looking for a double room (ensuite preferred) with a desk or workspace in Cambridge, St Ives, or the surrounding towns and villages within an easy commute to Earith.

What I need included:
All bills and high-speed Wi-Fi, Access to kitchen facilities and a washing machine.

The Logistics:
Because this is a strict, short-term fixed agreement and I already maintain my permanent home elsewhere, I am looking to pay the entire 2 months' rent upfront in lieu of the traditional deposit and referencing process.

I’m clean, quiet, and respect house rules, I won't be socialising or bringing friends over it is simply to use as a work base and somewhere to get some peace and quiet. If you have a room that fits, I’d love to hear from you!
