Description
Hello Future Landlady/Landlord
I am relocating to Margate and am looking for a WHOLE rental property within the CT9 area.
This is for single occupancy for just me and my fur-baby please, but no option to select this criterial. Not a house-share (1 room only) or buddying up - I just need a whole property please
As a starter, here’s what I’m looking for:
🏡 A 2 to 3-bedroom flat/house/maisonette/split level for a long-term let (I’m settling in, not just passing through!) CT9
💸 Budget of up to £1,700 per month max (flexible within reason £50-£100 for the right property)
🚉 Max 30 mins walk to Margate station
🪑 Preferably unfurnished but also will consider part furnished (I’ve some furniture ready to go from a 1 bed flat, so can be flexible)
🌊 Close to the sea would be amazing, but again, I am flexible for the right place - Max 10 mins walk ideally (not too inland)
💼 I’m a mature female working in media, splitting my time between Margate and London
🚆 I commute 2 days a week to St Pancras/King’s Cross on the direct train
📅 Ideal move-in date: from 31st July onwards (but I can flex for the right home)
🐱 I come with a very polite little sidekick — a small, 4-year-old indoor pedigree cat
+ Fully litter trained
+ De-flead and de-wormed
+ Calm, clean, and definitely not a scratcher!
🌿 A garden would be a lovely bonus, but not essential (being close to the seafront is the priority)
Just to give you an idea of what sort of style I am looking for.....
I recently viewed a property in Buenos Ayres and, unfortunately, it had already been taken. It really set the bar quite high, though, so I'm now looking for something with a similar feel, ideally close to the sea, contemporary in style but still retaining period features and character.
I also viewed a couple of properties on Second Avenue which were lovely, but just a little too small for my needs and requirements.
I'd be delighted to hear from you.
Warmest Regards,
SK x
