I’m a freelance creative professional with specific accessibility needs, searching for a safe and stable home in SE8 or nearby areas with easy access to St. Thomas' and Guy's hospitals, as I currently have weekly appointments there. This move is crucial, as my housing situation is due to a no-fault eviction, and I’m determined to secure a supportive environment where I can build a better future.

Although I’m signed off work for the time being, I’m actively progressing in a career focused on hosting, presenting, and multimedia creation. My rent and deposit are fully covered by the council and PIP, as I have no guarantor and have a long history of always paying my rent.

My Ideal Home:

Minimal stairs (one/two flights is okay) and abundant natural light.

A bathroom with a bath (essential for my health), or a shower spacious enough for a washing stool.

Preferably unfurnished, as I already have some basic furniture to create a comfortable setup.
