Needs A Helping Hand

My situation is a little awkward, I am a working student, I work few hours as I'm studying Engineering, a very labour intensive course, but, here's where most people run, I have two children that I have from friday at 5 pm to sunday 6pm, 3 weekends out of 4. They are aged 8 and 9 years. I know the thought of children to some is a no no, and putting my biased opinion aside, they are genuinely are nice polite children. I am a qualified engineer by trade but redundancy changed my career path, after losing my lovely home, im in a box room.

All i want is a reasonably priced studio or large double that will actually accept my children, I do not want to quit uni I have studied hard (both previous math and physics exams above 95%)I am a quiet guy, if im not studying im in the gym as i am a boxing coach (this is the part time work i mentioned). If anybody has anything suitable please please please get in touch asap, my current landlord has sold the house so i have to leave. Thank you too anyone with help in advance
