Fun writer seeks social flat/house

Hi! My name's Chloe and I currently live inbetween Angel and Barbican, and am on the look out for a room within a similar area. I work in Fitzrovia as a journalist on a current affairs magazine and enjoy the luxury of a short commute.

What I'm looking for in the flat/house: a clean flat/house share ideally with a living room (but I've lived without one for two years so it's by no means essential). With regards to the room itself, I'm looking for a reasonably sized room with a double bed, wardrobe etc, and a rent with bills included totalling no more than ?750pcm.

Areas of London I'm looking at: the flat/house share must be within Zone 1 in the likes of Angel, Farringdon, Barbican, Old Street, Holborn or Kings Cross. I'm also looking for the property to ideally be no more than a ten minute walk away from a train or tube station.

More about myself: I'm clean, organised, quiet and very respectful of other people's space and privacy. However, I also enjoy getting to know the people I live with, so am looking for social flatmates that will be happy to spend a movie/Netflix-binge night in with a glass of wine every now and again, as I'm not just looking to fill a room so to speak.
