Hello! I am a single, professional 46-year-old male looking for a flat or house to rent and live alone. I want to downsize because my long-term housemate had the good fortune of emigrating to Australia, and I'm just rattling around in a big place on my own. I work mainly from home, so ideally, I would like to find somewhere unfurnished, with a separate living room, bedroom and office space.
I can provide excellent references from my previous two landlords/letting agents (covering ten years) and have a deposit standing by.
