I am seeking a double room en-suite for single occupancy in and around areas in Edinburgh. I would require a car space and would like a shared living room space for relaxing. I do enjoy cooking and would prefer a gas hob, and would happily share my culinary dishes with flat mates. Am a very clean, tidy person.

I am a highly trustworthy, individual with a high regard and respect for sharing accommodation with others. I have excellent references from previous landlords. Ideally I would prefer to live with an live-out landlord. I would always treat the property as if it were my own with respect.
