Room and cool housemates needed

Hi, my names is Artur, I am a consultant working in the City. I am a Russian speaker, originally from Latvia.

I want to find a nice and clean flat/house with great atmosphere where people are respectful of one another. I enjoy a good cup of tea, but during the weekend that can be replaced by a beer or a glass of whiskey. I am a big GoT fan, I also enjoy other TV series and as an added benefit can supply the household with downloads of some awesome movies to watch!

I am looking for a decent size room that will comfortably fit a desk (can bring my own), an office chair and would have wardrobe.

I am interested in properties in Canada Water and Surrey Quays, Shoreditch, Hoxton, Rotherhithe, Wapping and Shadwell.
