Looking to rent with landlady

I have been living and working in Worcester for the past 2.5 years, have been renting a room and sharing the house with the Landlady , she has now decided to move out of the property, I would like to find similar situation. I am employed as a driver , I start work at 5.00am and finish between 6/7 pm five days a week. I am honest and trustworthy as my Landlady often travels and leaves me with the responsibility of looking after the property.
