Friendly professional couple looking for a room!

Hello, we're a friendly professional couple looking for a double room in a shared house. We're available to move from 01/08/2015 and have a combined budget of £1000pcm inc bills.

We're fun, tidy, considerate & looking for like minded flatmates, ideally who come with a garden & enjoy a glass of wine! That said we're looking for a home, not a party house. We would like to share with English speaking males or females ideally between 25 and 35 years old.

Sara is a journalist & Harry works in the music industry. Our Interests include pubs, food, festivals, BBQs, football, gym (occasionally!) etc etc. We're not a "couply" couple and appreciate the odd pub visit with flatmates but also the importance of space & privacy.

We have a car so will need access to some kind of parking space. Garden would be a huge bonus as we have a BBQ!

Areas we're looking at: Battersea, Clapham, Chalk Farm, Highbury & Islington, Herne Hill, Brixton.
