I’m Shabs, a 35y/o midwife looking to rent in the south London area, and ideally very soon as need to leave my current place by 1st October latest.
I love baking and I do it a lot so there are usually always some fresh baked goods floating around. I like chilling out with good friends, good music and good food and I’m laid back about most things. Looking for a home, not a house if that makes sense. With that in mind, a shared living room/area is a must.
Looking for somewhere with good transport and my max budget is £1050, bills included. I have a car would also ideally like parking , but not essential.
I’m absolutely not looking to live with the landlord.
The last thing to mention is I’m allergic to cats, so can’t live with one 🙃
