22 Year Old Professional Female

Hello,

I am looking for a room in or near St Andrews, I would like to move in on the 23rd/24th of May as I start my new job in a hotel in St Andrews on the 25th of May.

If you do have a room available can you advise the below,

Shortest length of stay:
Longest length of stay:
Notice period:
Total monthly cost including bills:
If rent your total price doesn't include bills can you advise just a rough cost please.

Also if you are available for me to come see the room/accommodation on the 9th or 10th?
And if Pets are allowed (I have 2 Degus - caged animals) the pets can always stay with my parents if this is not possible but would prefer to keep them with me :).
I have a few sisters, and sometimes we stay with each other (socially) I just wondered if this would be ok with you for one to stay maybe once a week maximum.
