Large Double Room (Stable long term tenant)

Hello,

My name is Daniel. I am a quiet, respectful and reliable tenant looking for a calm and comfortable home in North London although I am flexible on location for the right property.

I have lived in my current property for 6 years but have just been issued a section 21 as my landlord is now selling, so I am looking for somewhere stable and long-term where I can settle. I get support from Local Housing Allowance, along with other stable long-term income.

I am also able to pay the deposit up front.
I live a quiet lifestyle and spend much of my time cycling, so I tend to keep to myself. I am clean, tidy and very considerate of the property I live in, and I am looking for a relaxed household rather than a party environment.

I own three bicycles which I store neatly indoors using proper stands to ensure no damage to walls or flooring. I take pride in keeping my living space well maintained.
Ideally I am looking for a double room or studio, preferably with an ensuite, in a respectful household with a calm atmosphere.

I am hoping to find somewhere peaceful where I can settle long-term.
