Working professional looking for tidy housemate

Having been a property guardian in Botley for the last year, I now find myself needing to find a new property in Southampton area. Preferably around bitterne. I have a gorgeous cat who is very chill and I have my son on alternate weekends. We visit Kent frequently.

I work full time as an hgv driver so early mornings are regular for me.
I'm looking for a nice, chilled housemate who appreciates being social as well as enjoying their own space.

I have a fair sized budget, I'm considering living alone however you can get some really nice houses if you buddy up so I'm considering doing this also.
