Looking for a buddy up for a possible House Share

Hi

My name is Daran and I am looking for possible options for a House Share / Buddy to Buddy up with.

Quite flexible on the location as per the list.

Living with me is Sam.

Sam is an awesome, lovable mixed breed rescue Dog from Spain.

I work full-time and that is usually from home.

I am currently in Ascot, Berkshire in a four bed semi-detached house.

My Landlady served me notice to leave on Monday 27th June.

Officially my leaving date would be the end of September BUT I will absolutely fight to vacate earlier if I can find someone/somewhere that suits us.

I have furniture to probably fill a hotel but that would obviously reduce!

I have been looking at some lovely rural properties that are WAY over my budget BUT combined might be an option to live in a house we'd otherwise not be able to!

I'd be living with just Sam but I have my Son over bi-weekly and my Girlfriend and her Son stay some weekends.

For the right person and/or Dog, this could work...

I would have no problem taking a rent majority if a person had less stuff or different circumstances. This we could discuss.

This type of arrangement might not even be possible but if I don't try, I will never know.
