Looking for 1 other person to rent a house

33 yr self-employed Camera Assistant looking for 1 other working professional who would like to rent out an entire property.
Ideally looking to pay a max of £700 a month, when including bills & council tax.

Career-focused but otherwise a laid back individual who I think is pretty low maintance to live with.
Help keep a clean & tidy house and you can pretty much get away with murder tbh haha!

Would ideally like to find a person who will appreciate a chilled home environment where solo time is respected but equally up
for a movie night & pub quiz ( or a climb at the Climbing Works! )

Looking around Crookes/Crookesmoor/Crosspool/Broomhill areas ideally, but do have a soft spot for the Broomhill/Crookes area of Sheff.
Would prefere a house over a flat, so there is at some immediate outdoor space & somewhere to park my car is neccessary (street parking is totally fine)
