Looking for 1 other person to rent a house

33 yr self-employed Camera Assistant looking for 1 other working professional who would like to rent out an entire property.
Ideally looking to pay a max of around £700 a month, when including all bills & council tax.

Would ideally like to find a person who will appreciate a chilled home environment where solo time is respected but equally up
for a movie night & pub quiz (or a climb at the Climbing Works)
Contribute to maintaining a clean & tidy house and you can pretty much get away with murder tbh haha.

Looking around Crookes/Crookesmoor/Crosspool/Broomhill/Meersbrook areas ideally.
Would prefere a house over a flat, so there is access some immediate outdoor space, storage space & somewhere to park my car is neccessary (street parking is totally fine)
