Friendly professional looking for a quiet room

Hi there,

I work f/t, 5 days out of 7 (in education), im also a screenwriter so I like to find quiet spots in the city to sit and write at the weekends.

I am looking for a basic furnished double room, with a little storage space in the room, and hopefully a place for my bike.
I would ideally like to share with people who are friendly, polite, respectful of others' privacy, and don't mind random chats over coffee.

If you have any pets, then expect me to fall in love with them.

In return, what you can expect is rent paid fully and on time - all the time. No chaotic parties, and definitely no mess or dirty dishes.

I've flat shared over the years and can provide excellent references, a few of which were sole female flat-mates.


If you're not a party flat 24/7, then we might be a fit.
