Friendly professional looking for a quiet room

Hi there,

I'm looking for a room in a flatshare. I work full-time in education (Monday to Friday), and I'm also a screenwriter - which means I'm often out at weekends finding quiet cafés to camp out in with my laptop.

What I'm after:
A double room with a bit of storage space, and ideally somewhere to keep my bike.

What I'm like:
Friendly and easy-going, but I respect people's space and privacy. Happy to have a chat over coffee, but equally fine with everyone doing their own thing. If you've got pets, fair warning - I will absolutely make a fuss of them and fall in love with them. I love all animals- cats, dogs, birds, the little moths that fly into the bathroom window!

What you get:
Rent/bills paid in full, on time, every time. No wild parties, no mess, no dishes left in the sink. I've flatshared for years and can provide excellent references.
