37y/o TV professional returning to London

Hi, I am a 37-year-old professional working as a television director/ producer/ editor.

After a some time away I am looking to return to London, where I had been living for 14 years! I am looking for a short/ long term let (location and specifics below not as necessary if short term)

Due to the nature of my work I am often away with work, otherwise I will be based in an office, or working remotely from my desk/ a co-work.

I also love to travel often around Europe and experience new cultures.

I am social, enjoy a good chat, laugh and drinks, but I am also very respectful of peoples space and peace. I am clean and mindful and not afraid to get stuck in to some DIY if something needs fixing!

My ideal place would be a decently sized room in the Newington Green/ Dalston/ Highbury and Islington area as that is where I previously lived for a long time and I love the cafes and culture.

My ideal housemates would be 30-45 years old, in a 2/3 bedrooms flat/house and be fun and social and interesting but also mature and relaxed. In terms of room size, Ideally I would be able to fit my large(ish) desk in there comfortably. But I am willing to be flexible on the above for the right place.

Residential parking and decent travel links also a bonus!
