25y/o Looking For Flat/Room From July!

Hi!

I'm looking for a flat or flatshare in a varied list of places around London; ideally within 45 mins' travel from where I work in Leicester Square. I'm moving out mid-July, so would ideally like to move early July/even late June to allow some wiggle room between homes.

I'm 25 years old, currently writing content for an entertainment website. Non-smoker, no pets, happy to share cleaning responsibilities, all that jazz.

I've been living in London for nearly 2 years; I'm originally from Scotland, pretty left-wing, a (fairly recent) vegetarian, I enjoy a lot of pop culture and have friends dotted all around the city, so don't mind the odd night out (or in, but I'll always check if it's cool). I'm also keen on making new friends; and where better to start than a new home eh?

I'm moving from an originally unfurnished flat in West London, and would ideally like to bring some of the furniture I've bought/built along with me; but if your property is already furnished then that's fine too.
I also like to occasionally record music and video in my spare time (if you're cool I'll show you it), so ideally would like somewhere where walls aren't too thin :)

The total budget listed on the right includes bills, ideally - for rent, I'm preferably looking at a maximum of around ?650pcm.
