Professional, New to Northamptonshire / Bucks

Hi I'm Ross, a 36 year old professional, relocating to the area for a project management role at an international motor racing team.

Looking for:
- En-suit room in a house (preferably) or flat.
- Within 25 minutes of Silverstone.
- Must have parking available (preferably off-street), as I will be commuting by car.
- Max 4 bedrooms but preferably no more than 3.

Other preferences:
- Decent size living room and kitchen.
- Bedroom large enough in which to fit a desk.
- Garden.
- Storage space for a road bike.

Housemates:
- Happy to live with live-in landlord.
- Professionals.
- People who enjoy their own company, but would like to spend time together too.
- Keep a clean kitchen.
- Happy for partner to visit on occasion.
