I am looking for a double room for a single person

Hi there, I am looking for a double, spacious room for a single person in Southgate within max 15min walking distance from the tube station. I work full time as an electrical project manager. I am quiet, friendly and easy to get along with fellow. I would like to live with honest, clean, reasonably
quiet and friendly people. Because of kitchen/bathroom sharing I prefer less crowded house.
