F(38) seeking house with nice people in it!

Hiya! Short summary of what I'm looking for:

- double room in Islington/Haggerston/Shoreditch
- Preferably no carpet in the bedroom
- Ensuite bathroom
- Ideally some outside space
- Great flatmates with good banter

And now a little bit about myself:

I'm Jana, 38 yrs old, civil servant by day, potter by night. I work part-time and go into the office 1-2 days/week.

I love ceramics, cooking and flee markets, eating healthy 90% of the time, second-hand jumpers, yoga, cherries, broccoli, dancing, mostly electronic music, films, making stuff and collecting experiences/memories rather than things.

I‘m from Cologne/Bonn but I‘ve lived in Madrid, Stockholm and now in London for about 12 years.

I'm looking for a place to call home and flatmates who ideally grow to become friends. I have my own circle of beautiful people of course and need plenty of time to myself. I take yoga classes here and there so I‘m out and about a fair bit.

Having me as a flatmate you can expect someone who's used to sharing a flat with a variety of different people (even with couples! :). I am clean and tidy and don't smoke. I’m allergic to cats unfortunately but love to have animals around. Pretty laid-back in general. Chilling with a cuppa tea over food or in front of a good series (extremely bad reality shows…).

If you pick me you'd get a someone who's willing to share more than just the leftovers. Also I call a blender my own! ;-) I love to cook and host infrequently.

Me having my friends over for a couple of nights once every two months or so should not be a problem for you as the future housemate(s).
