Seeking chilled & friendly house share

Hi!

I’m looking to move into a new place and would like to share in a chilled & relaxed (ideally LGBTQ+) space.

I am a fairly quiet housemate but am also sociable and respectful of other peoples space, property and beliefs (Treat those as you would want to be treated, I say!) I like a glass of wine on an evening now and again and enjoy a drink out at times but am in no way a party animal (those days are long behind me!)

In my spare time I like to relax either at home or explore new cafés, restaurants and museums etc. As I’m fairly new to Manchester, it would be nice to become friends with someone who has similar interests! I also like learning new things and normally have a new hobby every month or so!

I work at a local university and am pretty much mon-fri 9-5, so am around evenings and weekends. I enjoy cooking (and getting better…I think!) so am happy to share meals as I always cook far too much!

Anyway, I’d be happy to grab a coffee to see if we’re a match - hopefully talk soon!
