Looking for my ideal home!

Here’s a bit about who I am: I am a retired dentist. I have many hobbies including cooking , reading, music and traveling. Daughter lives in Australia so am usually away 1-2 months a year. I am very tidy, friendly, outgoing, respectful and loving with a positive outlook on life! I’m easy to get along with and respect other people’s privacy. I love animals.
My ideal budget is around £600 pcm, however for the ideal place I have flexibility on that.
I’m looking for a big room/ flat/ studio as I liked to have my privacy and independence : a granny suite? :) As I have a few storage boxes, I need some space in a garage or shed. A garage would be ideal for my motorbike but if everything else is perfect, she will be fine with a safe parking space.
My prefered areas would be Gorseinon /Swansea , as long as it's not too far from the M4.
