Thanks for visiting my profile potential housemates :)

I'm Jim, a 30 year old Aussie looking for an awesome flat share.

Some things about me:

- I am clean, tidy & respectful but also love to have a laugh over a G&T and/or wine. however like my alone time as well.
- Love to travel and have done so extensively.
-Really house proud and like a clean flat.
-Love to have a good cook/bake. Bit of a carnivore and love a good steak.
-Love brunch and going out for dinner.

Currently employed as Travel Agent in Richmond. Able to pay rent and bills in advance.

Looking to make the place I live feel like home and not afraid of getting/upgrading furniture, including getting a bigger tv and or extras like that.

In terms of where i want to live, I'm looking ideally south of the river and close to a tube station.
up to 600-650 is my budget and not opposed to buddy ups.
