26, F, licensed professional- Room/Flatmate wanted

Hi! I'm a professional female (licensed), 26, looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 1 December 2019 (maybe a few days earlier) and have a budget of ?750pcm inclusive of bills and parish rates (or up to ?900pcm for a 1 bedroom apartment/studio) . I would prefer rent within St Helier as I am working with a professional services firm located by the waterfront, and I'm not keen on having to commute.

I'd like to share with females ideally between 21 and 30 years old. I rather have an ensuite, or an own bathroom, but I don't mind sharing if my flatmate is clean and tidy. I'm not particularly OCD (I have my messy moments hahah) but my biggest peeve is dirty dishes in the sink. Mutual respect is important, so I hope whoever I share with would please wash up when done and keep common areas tidy. I do appreciate my peace and quiet, and hopefully have flatmates who are the same :) I would also occasionally have a visiting guest (my sister or friends) staying over.

I'm a pretty cheerful and easygoing person. I am sociable when I need to be- I enjoy a good cider and getting to know people, but honestly I'm usually exhausted at the end of the day and prefer quiet nights at home with a cup of tea and a book. But I'm totally up for sharing takeaways once in a while or going to the movies :D
