Double ensuite or studio flat wanted

Hello,

My partner and I are looking to find an ensuite double room or a studio flat in a fairly quiet household, the location is not essential, although preferably not more than 5-6 miles away from central Edinburgh would be pleasant.
We are very respectful of other people's privacy and we are friendly. We are quiet, tidy, considerate and mindful of boundaries, happy for the occasional good conversation but also very happy to do our own thing.
We both love animals, and a pet would be a bonus, but we have no pets of our own. We both work from home, full time, Monday to Friday, so good broadband is essential.
My partner is a PhD student in her last year, so will be focusing on lots of work. We are open to adjusting things as needed.

We would like to move to Edinburgh more permanently, but would benefit from testing out waters initially.
