Room in Old Street or London Bridge wanted

I am an Italian professional male aged 30, working in the City, looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in ASAP and have a budget of ?730 pcm. I would like to share with males or females (ideally a mixed environment) between 18 and 40 years old.

The place must be well-connected with Moorgate/Bank by tube (ideally 10 mins away by tube at max) or 30 mins away walking.

I used to live within international contexts in mixed flats in Lisbon, Barcelona, Milan and Copenhagen. I enjoy jazz music, swing/lindy hop, having tapas, chilling out along a canal with a glass of wine and good company. I am very laid back and friendly. I'm clean and tidy. Keep in touch if interested!
