Creative human looking for pet friendly Home

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for either:

• A double room in a calm, friendly house for around 2 months initially (with a little flexibility), from early July; or

• A fully furnished one-bedroom flat/studio, for single occupancy ideally with bills included, which could potentially become a longer-term home from late summer onwards.

I'm open to most central Brighton & Hove locations, with a preference for Hove, Seven Dials and Preston Park.

A little about me: I'm an Irish musician in my 30s – a singer, guitarist and composer – and I also work as a dog walker and pet sitter. I'm tidy, considerate and lead a fairly quiet lifestyle. I don't drink and home is very much a place for me to recharge, so I'm looking for a peaceful, low-drama environment rather than a party house.

I love yoga, swimming, reading, jogging, going to gigs and spending time outdoors. I'm also very animal-friendly, so pet-friendly accommodation is what I'm after. I'd be more than happy to live with your pets too, as long as they're comfortable around dogs.
