Pet Friendly Room/Studio Wanted

Hi there,

I’m Adam, & I'm looking to find a room within a friendly flat/house share or Studio, preferably somewhere with an outside space/garden to enjoy. In all my tenancies, I've stayed a minimum of 18 months, so I'm looking for a long-term situation, if it's the right fit.

I'm clean & tidy with a fun, easy-going, and friendly, demeanour so would love to live with people of a similar disposition who are social and make a house a home, not just a bedsit, but I'm equally respectful of peoples' space.

I love plants, and have a semi-large collection of tropical houseplants so I’m somewhat “green-thumbed” and would potentially like to explore some outdoor gardening if the opportunity presents.

I do have pets; 1 small, senior dog & 2 cats (pictured), so somewhere PET-FRIENDLY is ESSENTIAL. My animals are clean, friendly, & well-behaved indoors. My dog is accustomed to being in my room when I’m out of the house, so doesn’t need to have unsupervised free range of the home if not wanted. Being a Poodle, he has the added benefit of not shedding fur. My cats, like most, haha, do what they like, but love exploring outside. I keep a litter tray around, strictly in my room for their use, and keep it clean, so no offensive odours to worry about.
I admit, it sounds like a lot, but they’re not much of an imposition. I have owned pets in previous tenancies without problems and will provide references to attest to their good behaviour.
