I'm about to finish my postgraduate PhD studies and I'm looking for a room for rent for a month or two (extendable up to a maximum of 5 months) starting in Oct, 1st 2015.
I'm looking for a nice apartment with a double room, maybe a shared living room and a washing machine! If the apartment is close to a metro and is relatively new... Even better!
I don't have any preferences with respect to my flatmates, just the thing about smoking and pets.. (i'm allergic to some animals... I'm sorry).
I think I'm also a friendly guy, I love cooking, but I prefer the kitchen to be clean and tidy! I also play Violin a bit, but trust me, I won't bother with that!
