Description
I'm 35 years old male. Moving to London to study Physiotherapy at KCL as a mature student.
I am a non-drinker/drug-taker, vegetarian, interested in health and fitness (running, yoga, cycling, weight training), but still enjoy sharing the vibe with people who are having a drink, or going out to a bar or restaurant.
I'm very tidy, (a follower and instigator of cleaning rotas) and have my own place in Birmingham that I'll be letting out. I've had two lodgers for the last year, and we've all kept the common areas super tidy, so I won't be producing a lot of mess (pictures attached, or soon to be)!
I have a (very) small business, will have a little rental income and, as I'm taking a healthcare course, my grant situation is quite good, so affordability will not be a problem.
When it comes to being a housemate, I might be a little shy for a couple of weeks, but after that I'm generally the one who gets on with everyone and keeps up with their news/recent traumas. Also a problem solver, and deal finder, so will almost definitely find the cheapest deal on bills if you haven't already got it!
I'm gay, though fairly average in dress/mannerisms, so happy to live with LGBT folks or anyone else. If you aren't a fan of gay people, though, it probably won't work.
Looking forward to moving to London and exploring, and very happy to share meals or nights out with the housemates, though this is not essential.
Like to think I make a good housemate and can provide housemate references if required.
Cheers for reading, and hope to meet you soon!
