Seeking A Beautiful Room In A Tranquil Environment

I’m a self employed documentary photographer and lecturer, I've have been enjoying a successful freelance career for 15 years

My move in date is flexible, I can move in soon for the right place. I’ll prioritise places where I can work from home, but as my work is varied I can negotiate that element for the right person/ people/ place

My current landlord keeps upping the rent, I can afford a place above the advertised budget but would naturally prefer to pay under £1k if possible

Looking for a clean, comfortable house/ apartment, but I’m open to the prospect of solo living

I’d prefer built in storage where possible/ good quality, well designed and thoughtfully decorated. Ideally minimalist as I’m allergic to dust

I’m currently living near Alexandra Palace and have lived all over London, I'm open to which area I move too as long as there are good transport links

I’m very sociable naturally, I enjoy my own company and I'm easy to get on with. Previous flatmates describe me as kind, well mannered, clean, tidy and thoughtful. I'm looking to share with respectful, considerate, likeminded people 😌
