Short-Term Room Let (While Buying)

I’m a working professional looking for a short-term/mid-term let while I search for and purchase my next property, and potentially during the decoration period after completion. As I’ve recently sold my previous home and don’t have family or alternative accommodation to stay with during this transition, I’m looking to rent in the interim.

My preference would be for an entire let or a private, self-contained space, though I’m open to a shared arrangement if it’s a good fit and works well for everyone.

I work Mon-Friday in the city centre and have a hybrid working week of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office - although that's flexible so I may be in the office more often than not.

The overall length of stay is currently unknown, but notice will be given as plans become clearer. I live a quiet, tidy lifestyle and value clear, respectful communication.

I also have a young son who I will primarily visit rather than have stay with me. That said, I’d like to be transparent about the possibility of him staying occasionally if absolutely necessary, though this would not be a regular arrangement.
