Looking Modern Double Room mid/end of Oct

Hey guys - I’m looking for a modern, furnished double en-suite room with a large wardrobe and space for a desk. I have a lot of clothes and need to work from home 2 days a week. My end date in my current apartment is 31st Oct, so as long as I leave before then I'm very flexible on move in dates.

Ideal areas in Stratford, Paddington, Canary Wharf, Canning Town, Shoreditch, Royal Wharf, Silvertown, Queensway, Southwark, Clapham. Fairly open to location as long as it has Elizabeth line close by. I'm currently living in Stratford and don't mind the area. Rent ideally around £1000-£1200, or up to £1400.

I work full-time for a brand strategy agency. Mon-Fri 9.30-6pm. Sociable and friendly yet enjoy my own space. Gay and originally from Northern Ireland - into gaming / gaymer, ice-skating, gym etc. I'm looking for professional housemates that enjoy spending time together, are very tidy but also won't have late night house parties. I don't drive so won't require any parking spaces. I will require storage for clothes and flat pack cardboard boxes (so decent storage cupboard in the hall would be great).

I’ve lived around different parts of London for many years and familiar with most areas. Looking to share with 1 or 2 more people maximum.
