Room wanted

I am a teacher looking for a room from April onwards (current contract ends). I don’t smoke and I am not a drinker. I am quiet and like to keep to myself, however I am more than happy to socialise with the other occupants of the accommodation. I drive a car, therefore parking would be preferable - either on a drive on the street. A female/mixed household preferable. I am sociable and looking to make new friends, whilst I am also at an age where I’m out doing my own thing and love my independence.
