Looking for a double room in Zones 1-4

My name's Theo. I'm an actor and writer. I also work at the BFI two days a week and teach drama in schools. I've been living in a flat share for the past three years but our landlord wants to sell the flat which means I’m on the lookout to move into a new place. This flatshare felt like a home so definitely looking for more of the same.
I'm out and about a lot but I like to watch some telly and have a drink after a long day (with a friend or a flatmate, if possible, more of a social drinker) or go to the theatre or see a gig every now and again. I’m pretty tidy, quiet and considerate.
