Male, 66, seeks room in south B'ham

I've sold my house STC, but haven't yet found find what I want next. I’ve decided to put everything into storage, rent somewhere, complete my sale, and keep looking as a cash buyer.

Happy to commit to (and pay in advance for) a 3 month stay, but would like flexibility to stay longer - it could take 3-8 months to find, survey, complete, decorate and move.

I’m 66, a retired pensions actuary. As I’m also a qualified driving instructor, I have enhanced DBS checks.

I'm quiet, happy to socialise or be on my own and can help with minor DIY and IT (and even help with maths, finance, tax or advanced driving advice). Need to able to park a small car nearby, and (if possible) keep a bulky cycle safe.
