Looking to Buddy Up in Canary Wharf

Hi everyone, I'm Sab!

I'm looking for someone to buddy up with me in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat. So we'll both have our own bathroom.

I don't want to move into an existing share but would like to create my own home with someone like-minded so we could create our own little paradise.

I am 39, EA and Operations manager working from home 2 days/week.
I am super clean and love to live in a clean house. I like a good old chat with a glass of Rosé in front of Trash TV, but also like my own space. I'm usually fairly quiet at home and don't really consider it a party house.

I like to go running and am currently training for the London marathon. I also go to the gym about 2 times a week.

Hoping to find someone friendly and easygoing to live with so being home feels comfortable. Would be great to hang out sometimes, but completely understand if that’s not your thing. I’m fairly easy.

As for the flat, I have a big TV for the living room and have plates and glasses and cutlery, lots of appliances and all the stuff you need in the kitchen, so we won’t be missing anything by moving into an empty flat. All of them will be there for you to use too!

I've been viewing lots of flats and realistically, we'll be looking at £1250/month + bills.

Move-in date is asap but flexible until April.

I’m looking mainly around Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs as I am completely in love with the Area and it's so easy to get to the city.

I know it sounds like a lot, but I hope I didn’t frighten you off!
