Need a new share/buddyup as current house sold

Hard working...looking for a new place to call home due to the house where I was has sold.

i'm clean and tidy and can wash, iron, diy, garden, recycle, bargain hunt and i work in the broadband industry so you never need to worry about poor wifi again :)

Pets are no problem either, if you have some its handy for my days off and it's always worked in the past with the ladies I lodged with who had pets (saved on sitters and walkers too)

Currently in S12 now (2 years) The house has just sold and previously s60 whiston 2yrs and prior to that was at banner cross/eccy road (s11)with my previous landladies and jess the dog for 2 years (that house sold too, i'm noticing a pattern !! )

Sadly the house here sold.. so a similar setting would be superb... although open to new fun interesting shares, females or couples and potentially mixed households however i imagine age, albeit just a number will likely put me out of a lot of search criteria but definitely not ready for the scrap heap or old old as such that i can promise you although a nice chilled evening is my norm nowadays.

Not looking to share with lots of males in all honesty although a female/couple/mixed household may work well .... I find it's much more respectful when its a female landlady/sharers or a household where females are around as my references will show i am just awesome and i am also very well house trained too....

Storage space would be a bonus as i do quite a bit of reselling and ebaying/whatnot etc and also I'd like anyone who is a maker and does crafts as i love the entrepreneur in a person and so i would love somewhere to use and if you have an interest in anything like this then it is a bonus too.

Rent negotiable dependant on property and en suite etc.. but 450>> 500 ish dependant on the spec...more if good storage

Also if you work away... travel... etc.. and have pets then i work 3 or 4 out of 7 and get alternate long weekends and lots of time off and so looking after the pets is no problem whatsoever.

I would also love sharing with someone who is maybe renovating a property as i am pretty good with ideas.. purchasing... adding value and equity to a property...and absolutely adore old and interesting buildings... or making something magical out of a blank canvas.

Ideally someone (others) down to earth would be good as i somehow doubt i would mingle with silver service and fine dining sadly .. I'd be lost with it all.. i do eat meat but respect if anyone doesn't and who knows maybe i need a change of diet anyway..

Currently S12 and previously s60 and also banner cross/S11 all shares are/were with female home owners so references are available for peace of mind too without question

***Also have a recent DBS certificate for added peace of mind as i have to have this due to registering a ltd. company recently and for work purposes, oh and i am also spare room I. D verified too.


I do currently smoke (outside always) but with a good reason to stop then i would for the right place or swap to vaping if it would be a deal breaker as tbh its something that i ought to do anway.

Looking to purchase a place early next so would be nice if buddying up, to potentially move with me too for the right place as having owned houses before and shared/lodged for some time now i know exactly how to make the perfect house
