Looking for a quiet home with a live in landlord

I will be starting a new job at a Garden Design company in March so looking for available properties in Streatham and Battersea and to move in fairly quickly.

I am a reserved, respectful and friendly person who will be working a lot so I require a quieter house and the availability to cook and wash clothes - all the usual stuff.

I do like to have a chat and have got on well with all previous landlords, they always made me feel comfortable and part of the home, I still talk to my first ever landlady who I lived with for over a year back in 2015!
