Quiet and clean

I'm looking for a quiet, downstairs (can be upstairs if I like everything else) place to live, I prefer my own privacy. I read a lot and keep myself to myself but like a chat now and then. I am very clean and tidy and hardly ever use the kitchen. Some days I work until late afternoons but other time, I am back after lunch and do my paperwork. During school holidays I am often away. I need to give 2 months notice period. I would like somewhere to park safely and maybe some garden area. Please note: I am not interested in living on a boat, thank you, neither buddy up with others, that's why no photos. I am very security conscious. Thank you for reading this.
