Generally easy to live with and social but respectful. I'm always up for watching some trashy tv together though.
I'm usually in the office about 3 days a week and WFH/out and about on other days grabbing coffee and that kinda thing.
Budget wise, I'd like to keep things below £1,000 if it's a shared place (but would go higher for the right place. Or, a studio/1 bed flat of my own).
