Creative Prof. seeking friendly Tooting house

Greetings fellow millennials :)

I’m Matt, a 31 year old sociable, outgoing, creative professional working as a sound engineer in TV & broadcast.
I'm looking for a new place to call home in the Balham/Tooting areas. Really keen to connect with likeminded sociable housemates who enjoy a healthy balance of hang time (communal pub trips, movie nights, or hosting the occasional drinks or dinner party), but also respect privacy when people want time to themselves.

I frequently drive to the places I work, so would require a parking space, or nearby on-street resident permit parking.
My budget is £950 inc. bills, but could stretch a bit if it's the right place!

...the marginally more interesting chat;

I love all things music; I studied music and sound recording at uni, and have many weird and wonderful music tastes, from classical, to Salsa & obscure techno. I regularly hit reggae, jazz, latin, techno, folk and other gigs in London & enjoy DJing with mates as a hobby. To date I have largely refrained from spending 90% of my salary on records, but who knows what 2025 will bring :D
I own CDJs & turntables; it would be a bonus if I had space to set them up in my room or in the communal areas, but rest assured, I'm not after a crazy party house; 31 year old me is embracing a new level of wholesomeness, calm and cleanliness!

Continuing on the wholesome vibe; I love the outdoors, adventure & travel, practise daily Vedic meditation, and always up for the occasional nature retreat / camping trip / hike.

I play the cello; more recently in a band for a folk/acoustic singer songwriter, but hoping to get back into orchestral playing in 2025. A room where I can occasionally practise cello in (during sociable hours), would be great!
I love a good game of squash & badminton, and I’ve been fumbling my way through Crossbody On1 Salsa classes for the last 15 months

Cons
- Evidently clueless at writing a sensible Spareroom advert
- Frequently comments on room/sound acoustics when not called for
- Takes abnormal levels of enjoyment in sorting all ranges of life admin inc. house bills, insurance etc.
- Radiates above average quantities of Capricorn energy (can also be a Pro)
