Hi, I’m Sam. I’m looking to share with one person and find a calm 2-bed flat in East London (Hackney/Dalston/Walthamstow). I’m ready to move early–mid June (by 15th), but can be flexible for the right person/flat. Also open to other areas along the Victoria Line (e. g. Highbury & Islington).

I work hybrid and like home to feel low-stress and peaceful. I’m independent, considerate, and value having my own space while still being friendly. I work in book publishing and am a big reader.

Budget-wise, I’m ideally looking at around £900–£1,000 pcm each (excluding bills).

I’m looking for someone who:

- Is naturally quiet and mindful of noise (I’m quite sensitive to it)
- Has their own routine and a fairly independent lifestyle
- Wants a calm, comfortable home
- Cleans as they go (or is open to a cleaner)
- Respects personal space and boundaries

I’d love the flat to feel like a genuinely relaxing space rather than a busy or chaotic one.

I also value a sense of independence at home - being able to live our own lives while keeping things respectful and low-key.

Also important: good, reliable internet (I game online), so I’d want us to prioritise a solid broadband setup - buddying up with another gamer would definitely be a bonus.
